Easy-make No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream
"ICE CREAM ICE CREAM," eveyone screams for "ICE CREAM!"
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Bourbon or other flavouring if wish (Optional)
In a medium bowl, stir together condensed milk, vanilla and flavouring, if desired, in a large bowl. Use an electric mixer, beat on high until stiff peak form, about 3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat until fluffy:
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
With rubber spatula, fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
If wish, have the children add special ingredients into the ice cream before freezing, like chocolate chips, cut up candy, chocolate or carmel syrup, blueberries and other diced fruit etc. Fold and then:
Pour into a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm.
