Introducing Kathleen Todoruk
Since graduating from the University Of Alberta BSc. HEc. Program, Kathleen has pursued design in retail, costume and couture. She was the cofounder and designer of the collective design group ‘Infusion” and is a design member of Edmonton’s first ‘incubation’ program/store ‘The Launch Pad”. She Designed ready to wear collections for six years with two full collections a year sold in private boutiques in Edmonton. Costume Design credits include the Ukrainian Shumka Dancers 1994/95 North American and Pacific Northwest tour, The Royal Glenora’s N.I.T.C. production of ‘Carmen’ and the 1996 World Figure Skating Championship closing ceremonies. Since 1998 Kathleen been the house couturier for Sig Plach, and in keeping with the couture house’s credibility of over 40 years of design service, creates one of a kind day, corporate, bridal and cocktail wear.
